ALL ORDERS THAT ARE READY SHIP WILL BE SHIPPED WITH CARE & URGENCY VIA UPS OR USPS WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS PROCESSED AND CLEARED (MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY). IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED MONDAY AFTER 5PM YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP OUT WEDNESDAY). SHIPPING TIME IS APPROX. 2-4 DAYS. PLEASE BE AWARE DUE TO WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC (COVID-19) THESE SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES FOR OTHER ITEMS SIZES OR COLORS ONCE ORDER IS PLACED.

IF ITEM IS UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON YOU WILL BE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RESHIPPING FEE.

All sales are final, we do not accept returns .

After you purchase you cannot cancel an order placed under any circumstances.

 

If the item is damaged on our end please supply photo proof via email  modernepisodeatl@gmail.com within 48hours of item received. The item must be in unused and same condition as when you received It. Items can not be washed, worn or altered in any way. In the case that we have accepted return via email correspondence, we will issue a return label to your associated email address with your order. Once we receive the parcel and make sure it's indeed damaged or not, what you ordered you'll be refunded in full.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If under any circumstance we have to issue a refund, we will notify you via email and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DUE TOO HIGH VOLUME IN ORDERS DURING THESE TIMES , SHIPPING TIMES ARE EXTENDED TEMPORARILY 6+ WEEKS to produce your order. It may take 3-6 days to receive your order once shipped. In most cases it may be sooner. 

Please be sure to make sure your address is correct and items are the correct sizes and colors. Items can not be changed after purchase is made.
